‘Sangs of the Scottis Reformatioun’ will haud-gauin wi its fort concert o 16t century sang in the Scots leid, sung bi Sang Scule, conductit bi Jeems Hutchinson, an wi readings in Scots bi Dr Jamie Reid-Baxter. The fort concert will be held in Dumfaurlin Abbey, Fife, stertin at 7.30pm. This will hae intil’t aw the wark tae win-ower fae the haun o 16t century composer John Angus, wi readings waled fae the screivings o Dauvit Fergusson (dee’d 1598), the ane-time meenister o Dumfaurlin, and walings fae the poyems o Leezabeth Melville Lady Couross.
