The Scots Language Centre was founded to do everything possible to promote the Scots language. Our main aim is to give people that speak Scots the chance to learn more about their own language.

The centre has three paid staff. The council over sees the management of the Centre. Council members are appointed at the Centre's annual general meeting. You can read more about the staff and Council members here.
