Weil, I'm back on bloggin efter a wee whilie awa. Jist flittit twa week syne, sae aye trying tae redd out a nummer o fankles that's no richt just yet.

It's guid tae see thon veidio "Nae Mince In Moray" daein sae weil up i the North East (jsit haed a scance at YouTube, an it's ower 42,000 views nou). I can tell ye I wis fair dumfounerit by it at first - weird or whit? It is catchy, but, an as Michael Hance (the SLC's director, for thaim that dinna ken) says, it shaws that Scots aye haed relevance tae fowk i wir modren, YouTube age. I can jist imagine "The ChielMeister" leadin a rousin rendition o thon, er, maisterpiece at Rock Ness! I howp that "The ChielMeister" gies anithir sang or twa i the future, juidgin by "Nae Mince" it'll be a guid lauch. Aiblins it'll prod anithir bodie or twa tae gie us sumthing seimilar i their ain dialeck an aw.
